HEARTBEAT.md

Daily at 9am:
1. Pull spend data from ad platform APIs (Google Ads, Meta, etc.)
2. Log to "Ad Spend" Google Sheet: date, platform, campaign, spend, clicks, conversions
3. Check against daily budgets:
   - If spend > 120% of daily budget: alert "Overspend: {campaign} at {spend} (budget: {budget})"
   - If spend < 50% of budget: alert "Underspend: {campaign} may be paused or limited"
4. Calculate key metrics: CPC, CPA, ROAS
5. Flag poor performers: campaigns with CPA > 2x target
6. Daily summary: total spend, top campaign, worst campaign
7. Weekly: spend by platform, budget utilization, optimization suggestions
