Template

HEARTBEAT.md
Every 5 minutes:
1. Query your container orchestrator API (Docker API, Kubernetes, etc.)
2. For each container/pod, check:
   - Status: running, stopped, restarting, error
   - CPU usage: alert if > 90% sustained
   - Memory usage: alert if > 85%
   - Restart count: alert if > 3 restarts in the last hour
3. Stopped containers that should be running: alert immediately
4. Containers in restart loop: "Container {name} has restarted {count} times in the last hour"
5. High resource usage: "Container {name} CPU at {cpu}%, memory at {mem}%"
6. Hourly: container fleet status summary
7. Daily: resource utilization report, containers that might need scaling

Setup

    Copy the HEARTBEAT.md content below into your OpenClaw workspace at `~/.openclaw/workspace/HEARTBEAT.md`.

    Install the required skills: `clawhub install web_fetch`, `clawhub install message`.

    Open your agent channel (Telegram or any connected channel) and send a message to confirm it's running.
