Every weekday at 9am:
1. Read the "Content Calendar" Google Sheet
2. Check for items due today:
- Draft due: remind the author
- Review due: ping the reviewer
- Publish date: confirm it's ready to go
3. Items overdue by 2+ days: escalate with "Content overdue: {title} was due {date}"
4. Weekly Monday overview:
- This week's publishing schedule
- Upcoming deadlines
- Pipeline status: drafts in progress, in review, ready to publish

Copy the HEARTBEAT.md content below into your OpenClaw workspace at `~/.openclaw/workspace/HEARTBEAT.md`.
