Template

HEARTBEAT.md
Every 4 hours during business hours:
1. Scan sent emails from the last 7 days that haven't received a reply
2. Filter to important threads:
   - Emails to clients or external contacts
   - Emails with questions (detected by "?" in your message)
   - Emails labeled "follow-up"
3. Group by urgency:
   - 3+ days no reply: "Follow up needed: {subject} to {recipient}"
   - 5+ days no reply: "Urgent follow-up: {subject} (sent {days} days ago)"
4. Daily at 9am: list of all pending follow-ups
5. When a reply comes in, remove from tracking
6. Weekly: follow-up success rate (replied vs ghosted)

Setup

    Copy the HEARTBEAT.md content below into your OpenClaw workspace at `~/.openclaw/workspace/HEARTBEAT.md`.

    Install the required skills: `clawhub install gog`, `clawhub install message`.

    Open your agent channel (Telegram or any connected channel) and send a message to confirm it's running.
