Keeps your internal wiki or knowledge base current. Flags stale articles.
Template
Every Monday at 10am:
1. Fetch the list of knowledge base articles from your wiki API
2. For each article, check:
- Last updated date
- Page views in the last 30 days
- Any comments or feedback
3. Flag stale content:
- Not updated in 6+ months + high traffic: "Popular but stale: {title} ({views} views, last updated {date})"
- Not updated in 12+ months: "Very stale: {title} (last updated {date})"
- Zero views in 30 days: "Consider archiving: {title} (no views in 30 days)"
4. Check for broken links within articles (if API supports it)
5. Weekly report: total articles, stale count, most viewed, least viewed
6. Suggest article topics based on common support questions (if integrated with helpdesk)Setup

Copy the HEARTBEAT.md content below into your OpenClaw workspace at `~/.openclaw/workspace/HEARTBEAT.md`.

Install the required skills: `clawhub install web_fetch`, `clawhub install message`.

Open your agent channel (Telegram or any connected channel) and send a message to confirm it's running.

Your agent will follow the schedule in HEARTBEAT.md automatically. Check back in 30 minutes to see it in action.

Customize the template: adjust timing, thresholds, and notification targets to fit your setup.
Tip: The template uses placeholder values like {your brand} or {repo}. Replace these with your actual values before saving.
