2. For each new lead, research:
   a. Company size (LinkedIn, Crunchbase)
   b. Role of the person
   c. Tech stack if relevant
3. Score: 1-10 based on fit criteria (company size, role, industry)
4. Score 8+: immediate notification with full brief
5. Score 4-7: add to weekly review list
6. Score 1-3: auto-respond with resources, no notification
