HEARTBEAT.md
Daily at 8am:
1. Read the "On-Call Schedule" Google Sheet
2. Check who is on-call today and tomorrow
3. Send a reminder to the current on-call: "You're on-call today. Handoff to {next_person} tomorrow."
4. Day before a rotation change: remind both outgoing and incoming
5. If someone messages "swap oncall with @person for {date}":
   - Update the sheet
   - Notify both parties
   - Update the calendar event
6. Weekly: on-call summary (incidents handled, average response time)
7. Monthly: on-call fairness report (shifts per person)

Setup

    Copy the HEARTBEAT.md content below into your OpenClaw workspace at `~/.openclaw/workspace/HEARTBEAT.md`.
