Template

HEARTBEAT.md
Daily at 7am:
1. For each page in the watchlist, measure:
   - Total page size (HTML + assets)
   - Number of requests
   - Time to first byte (TTFB)
   - Load time (if measurable via API)
2. Compare against budgets (configure per page):
   - Page size: warn > 2MB, alert > 5MB
   - Requests: warn > 50, alert > 100
   - TTFB: warn > 500ms, alert > 1000ms
3. If any budget exceeded: "Performance budget exceeded: {page} {metric} is {value} (budget: {limit})"
4. Track trends: is the page getting bigger or slower over time?
5. Weekly: performance report with all pages, all metrics, trend arrows
6. Monthly: performance trend analysis, pages that improved vs degraded
