HEARTBEAT.md
Every weekday at 9am:
1. Post to #standup: "Good morning team! Time for standup. Reply with your update:
   - What you did yesterday
   - What you're doing today
   - Any blockers"
2. At 10:30am: check who has posted
3. If someone hasn't posted, send a gentle DM: "Hey, don't forget your standup update in #standup"
4. At 11am: post a summary of who has and hasn't posted
5. Track participation over time
6. Weekly Friday summary: participation rate per person, average post time
7. Keep it light. No shaming. Just gentle nudges.

Setup

    Copy the HEARTBEAT.md content below into your OpenClaw workspace at `~/.openclaw/workspace/HEARTBEAT.md`.
