Every Friday at 5pm:
1. Pull the week's activity:
   - Git commits and merged PRs across tracked repos
   - Calendar: meetings that happened, duration
   - Any flagged emails you handled
2. Compile a weekly review:
   - "What shipped this week": code changes, features, fixes
   - "What slipped": anything that was planned but didn't happen
   - "Meeting time": total hours in meetings this week
   - "Next week preview": calendar events already scheduled
3. Ask: "Anything else you want to capture for this week?"
4. Save the review to memory/weekly/YYYY-WW.md
5. Send a summary to Telegram (keep it short, 5-7 bullet points)
