HEARTBEAT.md

Daily at 9am:
1. Pull account activity data from your analytics API
2. Check for churn signals:
   - Login frequency dropped 50%+ vs last month
   - No logins in 14+ days
   - Multiple support tickets about the same issue
   - Cancellation page visited (if tracked)
   - Contract renewal in < 60 days with no engagement
3. Score each account: low risk, medium risk, high risk
4. High risk accounts: immediate alert to the account CSM
5. Medium risk: add to weekly review list
6. Daily report: accounts by risk tier, new signals detected
7. Weekly: churn risk trend, accounts saved vs lost
