Template

HEARTBEAT.md
Every 4 hours during business hours:
1. Pull open support tickets from your helpdesk API
2. For each account, calculate a health score:
   - Open tickets > 3: -2 points
   - Any ticket open > 48 hours: -2 points
   - NPS score < 7 (from sheet): -3 points
   - Recent positive feedback: +2 points
3. Flag accounts with health score below 5: notify #customer-success
4. Daily at 5pm: summary of at-risk accounts, trending issues, and ticket backlog
5. Weekly: customer health dashboard (accounts by score tier, trend vs last week)

Setup
