HEARTBEAT.md

Daily at 9am:
1. Fetch yesterday's transactions from your payment processor API
2. Read your internal ledger from the "Transactions" Google Sheet
3. Match by amount, date, and reference ID
4. Flag discrepancies:
   - Missing in ledger: "Transaction {id} ($X) not in ledger"
   - Missing in processor: "Ledger entry {id} ($X) not in processor"
   - Amount mismatch: "Transaction {id} mismatch: processor $X vs ledger $Y"
5. If any critical mismatches (>$100): notify immediately
6. Daily report: total reconciled, mismatches found, net discrepancy
7. Weekly: reconciliation summary, unresolved items count
