Daily at 8am:
1. Read the "Inventory" Google Sheet:
   - Columns: Item, SKU, Current Stock, Reorder Point, Supplier
2. For each item where Current Stock <= Reorder Point:
   a. Calculate days of stock remaining (if velocity data is in the sheet)
   b. Alert: "Low stock: {item} ({current} units remaining, reorder point: {reorder})"
3. For items at zero stock: "Out of stock: {item} — order immediately"
4. Weekly Monday report: full inventory snapshot, items trending down
5. Monthly: inventory turnover analysis (which items move fastest, which sit)
6. If a supplier column is filled, include supplier name in alerts for fast action
