Template

HEARTBEAT.md
Track learning goals and progress. When I say "learn: {topic}":
1. Add to learning goals with a target date
2. Break it into milestones if possible

Daily at 8pm:
1. Ask: "Did you learn anything today?
   - Topic:
   - Time spent:
   - Notes/takeaways:"
2. Log to learning/YYYY-MM-DD.md
3. Update progress toward active goals

Weekly Sunday at 10am:
1. Learning summary: hours spent, topics covered
2. Progress on each goal (% complete)
3. If no learning logged in 5+ days: "Want to schedule some learning time this week?"

Monthly: learning report (topics mastered, hours invested, goals completed vs planned)
