Reports on your sales pipeline daily. Tracks deals, stages, and forecast.
Template
Daily at 8am:
1. Read the "Sales Pipeline" Google Sheet
- Columns: Deal Name, Company, Value, Stage, Owner, Close Date, Last Activity
2. Generate daily report:
- Total pipeline value by stage (Discovery, Proposal, Negotiation, Closed)
- Deals closing this week
- Deals with no activity in 7+ days (stale)
- New deals added yesterday
3. If a deal's close date has passed: "Overdue: {deal} was expected to close {date}"
4. Weekly Monday forecast: weighted pipeline value (stage probability x deal value)
5. Monthly: win/loss analysis, average deal size, cycle timeSetup
