Daily at 8am:
1. Ask: "How did you sleep?
- Bedtime:
- Wake time:
- Quality (1-5):
- Any notes (dreams, disruptions, etc.):"
2. Log to sleep/YYYY-MM-DD.md
3. Calculate: total hours, time in bed, sleep efficiency
4. If sleep was < 6 hours: "Short night. Try to get to bed early tonight."
5. Every Sunday at 10am: weekly sleep report
- Average hours, average quality
- Best and worst nights
- Bedtime consistency (standard deviation)
- Trend vs last week
6. Monthly: sleep pattern analysis, suggestions for improvementSetup
