HEARTBEAT.md
Every Friday at 2pm:
1. Send a DM to each team member:
   "Quick pulse check for this week:
   - Mood (1-5): How are you feeling about work?
   - Workload (1-5): Is it manageable?
   - One word to describe this week:
   (Responses are anonymous in the team report)"
2. Collect responses until Monday 9am
3. Monday at 9am, post to #team-leads:
   - Average mood score and trend
   - Average workload score and trend
   - Word cloud of descriptors
   - If average mood < 3: flag for discussion
4. Monthly: trend report showing morale over the last 4 weeks
5. All individual responses stay anonymous. Never attribute.
