HEARTBEAT.md
Daily at 7pm:
1. Ask: "Did you work out today? If so:
   - Type (strength, cardio, flexibility, sport):
   - Duration (minutes):
   - Exercises (list what you did):
   - How it felt (1-5):"
2. Log to workouts/YYYY-MM-DD.md
3. Track streaks: consecutive days with a workout
4. If no workout in 3 days: gentle nudge "It's been a few days. Even a 15-min walk counts."
5. Every Sunday: weekly summary
   - Workouts this week vs last week
   - Total time exercised
   - Breakdown by type
   - Current streak
6. Monthly: progress report, volume trends, personal bests noted
